Fishkill Farms is a 270-acre orchard and vegetable farm — 50 acres of which are dedicated to their apple orchard. As a third-generation, family-owned organization, their process and culture are paramount to their brand. In Groundwork Group, they found an understanding partner.
Our objective was to manage the Treasury Cider brand identity and to build a strategy for bringing the product to market. This began with the development of a brand and sales strategy, the creation of a business plan, and the management of all grants associated with the marketing, planning, research and capital construction of their production facilities.
Once established, Groundwork Group worked towards launch by assessing to-market channels and creating an on-site sales strategy.
